Year 6 information evening for parents/guardians

27 June from 6-8pm

Dear parent/guardian

On the evening of your child’s Year 6 transition day visit to Llantwit Major Comprehensive school on 27 June, we are running a parent information evening. The evening session is a different format to previous years, and is designed for parents only (not for children). We will be providing information to help you to support your child’s transition, and have planned the evening to offer a choice of sessions to suit different families. We are also restricting session numbers to make the evening more comfortable for everyone.

Please complete the booking form to reserve your place at any session/s We are able to allow 2 parents per family to attend the Headteacher session, but other sessions are restricted to one parent per family.

Emotional health / wellbeing and supporting your child	Miss Jo Knight (Director of Health and Wellbeing)

On the evening there will be staff available at the pupil entrance to the school to direct you to your venue. There will also be refreshments and an opportunity for informal questions in the school canteen between 6-8pm. The following people will be available in the canteen:
